Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Site/Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we in our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

  • Setuation of Corona pandemic, we’re minimising contact points, and hence, will not be able to process returns if not done at door step, each return request will be reviewed and actioned considering current situation, all below benefits of return policy are void till 31st March’23.
  • Return Policy: If you want to return a product, please keep the product in the original packaging. In addition, the product must be unused and unwashed, with all tags intact.
  • Non-returnable products information visible in the product info/description section on the website/app: A few products may not be eligible for return and will be marked “Non-returnable” on the product details page.
  • To pass feedback to the merchants to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with. Subject to acceptance from the third-party seller of the product, the Company may take the returned product back and grant credit/coupon in lieu of the value of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Marketplace.
  • You may request for a refund/replacement within 5 days of delivery, for Electronics and Cookware products with all original tags & packaging intact in case of any quality issues. It is also requested that a user should check if the product seal is intact. while accepting the order to avoid any kind of damage related complaints post-delivery.
  • Further, it is clarified that for electronic and cookware products, no returns shall be accepted post 5 days of delivery and the user should get in touch with the Brand/Manufacturer with original invoice given at the time of delivery from JILDBOOK.
  • Please note: Few items listed may or may not carry a seller warranty to which JILDBOOK will support basis return policy.
  • Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund as JILDBOOK Cash in the JILDBOOK wallet or the refund can be credited in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details).
  • For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
  • All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

You Agree and Confirm

  • That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by TRY2HIGH TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.
  • That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. TRY2HIGH TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation, your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
  • That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
  • That’s the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
  • That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
